In November 2024, the State of Alaska released revisions to three mandatory state labor law posters applicable to all Alaska employers. The updated notices include a revised Wage & Hour Act notice reflecting the 2025 Alaska Minimum Wage, the Safety & Health Protection Act notice, and the Unemployment Insurance poster.

The Industrial Commission of Arizona has recently released the revised 2025 Arizona minimum wage poster. Effective January 1st, 2025, the minimum wage rate in Arizona will increase from $14.35 per hour to $14.70 per hour.

The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation has released a new minimum wage poster for 2025. Effective January 1st, 2025, the South Dakota state minimum wage will increase from $11.20 to $11.50 per hour.

The new & revised notices include the Minnesota Minimum Wage poster, the sample Earned Sick and Safety Time notice, and the newly required Employer Sponsored Meetings notice.
